За 2020 год в Тверской области компенсацию на уплату взноса за капитальный ремонт получили 23 399 жителей. Из них 50% платы возмещено
11 922 гражданам, 100 %-ную компенсацию получили 11 477 человек.
Выплата осуществляется в соответствии с региональным законом, который принят для усиления социальной поддержки граждан пожилого возраста, а также соглашением, заключенным между Министерством строительства и жилищно-коммунального хозяйства РФ и Правительством Тверской области.
«Очень важно создать в регионе условия для полноценной и благополучной жизни людей преклонного возраста. Необходимо обеспечить им всестороннюю поддержку», – считает Губернатор Игорь Руденя.
На предоставление компенсаций в 2020 году из федерального и областного бюджетов было направлено свыше 52 млн рублей.
Возвратить 50% от суммы, уплаченной в качестве взносов на капремонт многоквартирных домов, могут достигшие возраста 70 летодиноко проживающие неработающие собственники жилых помещений, а такжелюди, проживающие в составе семьи, состоящей из неработающих граждан пенсионного возраста и (или) неработающих инвалидов I и II групп.
Полностью компенсировать средства, потраченные на уплату взноса, могут неработающиесобственники жилых помещений 80 лет и старше, одиноко проживающие, либо проживающие в составе семьи, состоящей из неработающих граждан пенсионного возраста и (или) неработающих инвалидов I и II групп.
В Тверской области в 2021 году на уровне 2019-го сохранен минимальный размер взноса на капитальный ремонт общего имущества в многоквартирных домах. Это значение не меняется в регионе с 2014 года.
В настоящее время в Верхневолжьеустановлен дифференцированный размер взноса в зависимости от степени благоустройства жилого помещения. Он составляет 7,7 руб. в месяц на 1 квадратный метр общей площади помещения для жителей многоквартирных домов, оснащенных лифтами; 5,6 руб. – для граждан, проживающих в домах без лифтов; 4,4 руб. – для жителей неблагоустроенных домов.
